Job Description:The Loading Monitor works under minimal supervision at a customer site preparing tractor trailers to receive waste loads and overseeing the proper loading of non-hazardous waste onto tractor trailers.
- Monitor the flow of waste being loaded inside tractor trailer.
- Instruct Driver when to move the tractor trailer to ensure evenly distributed loading of trailer.
- Complete log entries, recording times, weights, activities, and staff details.
- Responsible for maintaining clean work area by sweeping and power washing trailer interior and surrounding bay(s) as needed.
- Place plastic liners inside empty trailers prior to loading of waste.
- Transport delivered liners to storage area.
- Follow all health and safety and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) procedures.
- Perform other reasonably related tasks as assigned by management.
Pay: $21.00 hourly

Basic Requirements:
- Willingness and ability to work a variable schedule which may include holidays and weekends (scheduled in advance).
- Willingness and ability to wear company provided personal protection equipment including eye protection, steel toed shoes, hard hat, gloves, etc.
- Ability to climb stairs repeatedly throughout workday.
- Willing and able to work in all climate conditions.
- Ability to bend, stand, and traverse uneven surfaces.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in environmental disposal.
- Ability to deal politely and professionally with customers and/or coworkers.
- Ability to follow directions or instructions.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on occasion.
- Ability to work independently without immediate supervision.
- Ability to use a computer to communicate, create, and access information.
